Refund policy

Return Window:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process:
To start a return, contact us at contact@jrmaccessories.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • For returns not caused by seller error, defect, wrong item, or quality issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to seller error, defective items, wrong items, or confirmed quality issues, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs or provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
  • No additional restocking fees are charged in any case.
  • Refunds for original shipping costs will be provided only in cases of seller error or defective items.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return.
  • Items damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges:
If you want a different item, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
