Sample Reimbursement Program

1. Place an order for the items you would like to try.
2. After your order is delivered, wait until the 14-day return window has fully passed.
3. Place your next qualifying order.
4. Enter the code SAMPLES at checkout.
5. If your previous order is eligible, your available credit will be applied as a discount at checkout.

The SAMPLES code works at checkout. It is not a refund issued after the order is placed.

You may receive up to 100% of the eligible amount from your most recent previous order as a discount on your next qualifying purchase.

The final discount depends on:

• the eligible amount from your most recent previous order;
• the product value of your new order;
• any existing sale prices;
• the program’s maximum product discount limit.

The total product discount with SAMPLES cannot exceed 40% off the base product price.

• A Simple Example

If your most recent eligible previous order was $25, you may receive up to $25 off your next qualifying purchase with SAMPLES, as long as your new order has enough eligible product value for that discount.

This can effectively reimburse the full eligible amount of your previous order as a discount on your next purchase.

• Example Without an Existing Sale Discount

If a product has a base price of $100 and no existing sale discount, SAMPLES may reduce the price by up to 40%, bringing the product price down to $60, provided your previous eligible order amount is at least $40.

If your previous eligible order amount is $25, then SAMPLES may apply up to $25 off in this example, reducing the product price from $100 to $75.

• Example With a Sale Item

If a product has a base price of $100 and is currently on sale for $90, the product is already discounted by 10%.

The maximum total product discount allowed with SAMPLES is 40% off the base price, so the lowest eligible product price would be $60.

In this case, SAMPLES may add up to $30 more, reducing the sale price from $90 to $60, provided your previous eligible order amount is at least $30.

This means sale prices already count toward the program’s discount limit. SAMPLES adds the remaining eligible discount rather than stacking a full extra discount on top of the sale price.

To use SAMPLES, your most recent previous order must be:

• paid;
  
• delivered;
  
• delivered at least 14 full days ago;
  
• not cancelled;
  
• not refunded or partially refunded;
  
• not returned;
  
• not already used for SAMPLES.
  

The system checks your most recent previous order. If that order is not eligible, it does not look back to older orders.

• What Counts Toward the Discount

The discount is based on eligible product value.

Shipping, taxes, duties, tips, and gift cards are not included in the SAMPLES discount calculation.

• Repeat Use

An order where SAMPLES was used cannot be used as the basis for another SAMPLES discount.

This means that if your most recent previous order used the SAMPLES code, the code will not apply to your next order. You can become eligible again after placing a new order without SAMPLES, once that order meets the program requirements.

• Discount Combinations

The code SAMPLES cannot be combined with other discount codes or automatic product/order discounts.

Free shipping may still apply separately if your order meets the store’s free shipping requirements.
