Sample Reimbursement Program
Want to test the size, finish, or style before placing a larger order? You can order samples first and receive a reimbursement when you place your next order.
How it works
- Place an order for samples.
- When placing your next order, use promo code SAMPLES at checkout.
- After your new order is placed, we’ll reimburse the eligible sample amount.
The reimbursement can be up to 100% of the final cost of your previous sample order, but it cannot exceed 40% of the final product cost of your new order after discounts. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
Examples
Example 1:
Your sample order was $10.
Your next order is $100 after discounts.
40% of $100 is $40, so your full sample order cost can be reimbursed: $10.
Example 2:
Your sample order was $10.
Your next order is $20 after discounts.
40% of $20 is $8, so the maximum discount for the order is $8.
