Delivery & Return
We ship orders from either our U.S. shipping location or from Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days for the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Oceania, and Asia Pacific. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
We accept return requests within 14 days after you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@jrmaccessories.com before sending your item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Once your approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
