# Sample Reimbursement Program

Want to test the size, finish, or style before placing a larger order? You can order samples first and receive a reimbursement when you place your next order.

## How it works

1.  Place an order for samples.
2.  When placing your next order, use promo code **SAMPLES** at checkout.
3.  After your new order is placed, we’ll reimburse the eligible sample amount.

The reimbursement can be up to **100% of the final cost of your previous sample order**, but it cannot exceed **40% of the final product cost of your new order** after discounts. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.

## Examples

**Example 1:**  
Your sample order was **$10**.  
Your next order is **$100** after discounts.  
40% of $100 is $40, so your full sample order cost can be reimbursed: **$10**.

**Example 2:**  
Your sample order was **$10**.  
Your next order is **$20** after discounts.  
40% of $20 is $8, so the maximum discount for the order is **$8**.

Please make sure to use promo code **SAMPLES** when placing your next order so we can apply the sample reimbursement correctly.
